- Leave lamb on side for 2 hours
- Place Lamb in large dish, add the can of cola bay leaves, cinnamon stick, 50ml of the treacle, Peppercorns, and Red wine.
- - Pour Glass of Cola and Rum - Enjoy! - (Optional)
- Fill with water to cover remaining Lamb.
- Place in oven at 180C for 1 hour.
- Remove the Lamb and drain the Liquid into a pan
- Mix the Remaining treacle wine and rum and mustard.
- Cut large diamonds (criss cross) across the top of the lamb and cover with oil
- Rub part of treacle mixture over the top and sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Place in oven at 210C for 10 minutes, add more treacle and repeat once more.
- Add the remaining liquid to the pan and bring to boil and reduce for a thick sauce.
- Cut Lamb and Serve.
