![]() Don't get me wrong i love a good deal, But life often gets in the way. I have purchased numerous deals from Groupon | Wowcher | LivingSocial and sure the deals are good and i have saved money on the things i have bought and used... However i have bought maybe 5 or 6 now that i haven't even had time to use. the expiry seems like its forever then you wake up and its like S*£& that Groupon Voucher expires in 3 days. and I have no time to use it. So for all the money i have saved i have probably wasted the savings on Groupons and deals that i haven't used. One I definitely will be purchasing in future is the Crazy Bear Hotel Break for Two with Champagne, Three Course Dinner and Breakfast Included in all options: One-night stay for two people with a flute of Pere et Fils Champagne on arrival (worth £22.95 each), a bottle of Champagne Tsarine by Adriana in your bedroom (worth £289.95), three course dinner in the English or Thai restaurant (worth £48.85 each), and continental breakfast. ![]() I bought the GivenchyPandora Box Micro Chain Handbag in Nude Pink from Fashionette.com Yes it arrived very quickly in 3-4 days and it was packaged well, with a cute bow, but upon opening my package my excitement was quickly ruined when I found the gorgeous little handbag covered in marks dents scratches, there was even a chip in the metal hardware. It was as if someone had already been using it, I am so annoyed that apparently they don't check products before sending - or if they do check them they apparently think that's an acceptable condition for someone to receive it in when charging just short of £1k. I contacted the customer service department to be informed that it was the last one they had in stock and i could have a £75 refund, if there was one mark the yes maybe that would be a reasonable refund but I could buy a second hand one in better condition than this. Fashionette Review Score:- 1 / 10So I had wanted the Givenchy Pandora Box Handbag for so long - it is truly adorable. So for my birthday i made a purchase on Fashionette - Very Disappointed read my review here :
Fashionette.com Review "Michael O'Hare has created a restaurant serving ultra modern food with its own identity, inspired by the arts, music and contemporary culture." So the other evening we visited Leeds first Michelin starred restaurant The Man Behind the Curtain. Having ordered a taxi and mentioning where we were going, the taxi driver proceeded to look at my home and examine the curtains. He said he couldn't see anyone.... After explaining its a restaurant called 'The Man behind the Curtain' I wouldn't expect someone to be creeping around in my house he looked confused and set off. Arriving at the doors to Flannels there was a large Bodyguard inside who unlocked the door to the Designer store and let us inside after inquiring the reservation name. We then went to the 3rd Floor where the restaurant is. The restaurant is like an open art gallery with exposed beams and steel girders, with graffiti on the walls and sculptures dotted around. After ordering wine the food was then brought course by course, each time served by a different waiter, maybe each waiter has a set course to serve so they don't have to remember the whole menu? While the food was Amazing and Beautiful the whole experience was let down by the toilets... I would honestly say service station toilets are more appealing. Walking down the -3 Degree Celsius corridor and entering the ladies and seeing the cheapest plastic toilet seats and sanitary disposal bins and positively morbid orange loo roll, I was mortified. I returned to the table with a cold bum and never returned down that corridor again. i would go into detail on the food however there is no menu provided and i can't imagine the courses remain the same for long - definitely worth experiencing at £75 per person. I just recommend you hold your bladder. Marks & Spencers Christmas Beauty Advent Calendar 2016 |
