After explaining its a restaurant called 'The Man behind the Curtain' I wouldn't expect someone to be creeping around in my house he looked confused and set off.
Arriving at the doors to Flannels there was a large Bodyguard inside who unlocked the door to the Designer store and let us inside after inquiring the reservation name. We then went to the 3rd Floor where the restaurant is. The restaurant is like an open art gallery with exposed beams and steel girders, with graffiti on the walls and sculptures dotted around.
After ordering wine the food was then brought course by course, each time served by a different waiter, maybe each waiter has a set course to serve so they don't have to remember the whole menu?
While the food was Amazing and Beautiful the whole experience was let down by the toilets...
I would honestly say service station toilets are more appealing.
Walking down the -3 Degree Celsius corridor and entering the ladies and seeing the cheapest plastic toilet seats and sanitary disposal bins and positively morbid orange loo roll, I was mortified. I returned to the table with a cold bum and never returned down that corridor again.
i would go into detail on the food however there is no menu provided and i can't imagine the courses remain the same for long - definitely worth experiencing at £75 per person. I just recommend you hold your bladder.
