Drip Cake Obsession

I came across an whole new world of cakes on Instagram (#foodporn!) and fallen in love with the Drip Cake.
It's so elegantly simple and looks incredible in such a wide range of themes.

Though I would say this is Confectionery Art and Created by Confectionery Artists just not in the same sense that those who work in Subway are called 'Sandwich Artists':

" ART - The expression or application of human creative skill and imagination, typically in a visual form such as painting or sculpture, producing works to be appreciated primarily for their beauty or emotional power"

I am not entirely convinced the artists in Subway that slop some Pastrami and Special Sauce in a pre-baked bread bun are really expressing or applying human creative skill or imagination. ​
